Clear Vu builds the XML generation scripts and admin screens required to scan your database and creates all the feeds necessary to post your products and manage incoming Amazon orders. We ensure that all XML feeds sent to Amazon conform to the rules, standards, required values and formats defined by the Amazon XSD - and if you've worked with Seller Central flat files, you know how complex these rules and standards can be. We also build the back-end web admin screens that allow you to manage these Amazon-ready product listings, ensuring that only the allowed values can be entered into each field. And we build the automated Inventory Feed system that ensures the inventory counts presented on Amazon stay in-sync with the inventory counts from your website.

Placing your products on Amazon.com where customers can view and purchase them is only half the picture. To complete the system you need a way to:

• Receive orders from purchases made on Amazon.com;
• Inform Amazon that you have shipped the order; and
• Receive payment for the order.

Communication between your site and Amazon is not a one-way street. Amazon also transmits feeds to your site, and it is your site's responsibility to poll Amazon at regular intervals to see whether any feeds are waiting to be delivered to you.

Clear Vu develops the scripts to process the incoming Order Feeds received from Amazon. These scripts extract all order details and merge them into your existing order processing system. We also develop the back-end web screens your admin needs to view all order details, submit all shipping acknowledgements, and make any necessary adjustments such as full or partial refunds.
